14 May 2018: Sanskar Farmhouse, Ananda Dairy has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with State Bank of India, New Delhi for cattle funding to its associated farmers. The MoU was signed on Monday with investment of over Rs. 100 crore.
Under this scheme for financing dairy units, SBI to offer loans for the purchase of milch animals, and 50,000 dairy farmers will get benefit from this scheme.
The aim of providing financing support to dairy farmers for improving their livelihood are affianced in offering cattle loan services. This cattle loan service is mainly given to the people, who are involved in farming and require cattle for the proceedings.
The cattle loans were given in the presence of Shri R.S. DixitCMD, Ananda Dairy,ShantanuPandey, Deputy GM of SBI and Arun Mittal Regional Manager.
R.S. Dixit, CMD of Ananda said that the tie-up with SBI is his company’s first bank tie-up. “This (tie-up) is something that is common in other countries as it facilitates the farmers’ growth in terms of new animals or equipment.
